Double Hearts
Although the original design of this heart is not mine, all the instructions are and the changes to place the second color in the mix is an idea I came up with. I wish I could remember who's design the original was from years ago so I could provide credit where credit is due, but it was many years ago and provided to me by my employer at the time ... all I can say is that I learned it from a fax of a fax of a fax where the diagrams and photographs were non existent and it took a while to figure it out just from words. Changing up the colors took even longer!
This piece works up well in pretty much any size of bicone - I've even made it in size 15 seed beads for a itty bitty version suitable for a small child. The larger the bicone gets, the more reinforcement that is required for the piece to maintain its shape.
